Terms & Conditions

By selecting the accept button at the bottom, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated below.
The Cylinder(s) MUST be empty prior to shipping to Ninja Paintball. Cylinder must have all decals, stickers, tank covers, etc., removed prior to shipment.
DO NOT REMOVE OR ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE MANUFACTURERS LABEL !
I. If Cylinders are received with, decals, stickers etc. Ninja Paintball will attempt to remove the decals, stickers etc. from the cylinder for an additional charge of $7.00. Ninja Paintball reserves the right to decline testing a cylinder due to non-removal of labels, decals, etc. The cylinder will not be tested and customer is responsible for the return freight charge. NINJA PAINTBALL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER TANK COVERS OR ANY OTHER TANK ACCESSORY.
II. Ninja Paintball is not liable for damage that occurs to the valve / regulator or cylinder during removal process of the valve / regulator from the cylinder. Ninja Paintball will inspect the regulator "cylinder" threads (thread that screws into your cylinder) for damage. Ninja Paintball reserves the right to refuse installation of a regulator due to unsafe or damaged threads.
III. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to Ninja Paintball. Customer is responsible for protecting the valve/regulator and cylinder from damage during the shipping process. Customer is responsible for filing damage claims with the shipper. Ninja Paintball accepts customer(s) valve / regulator and cylinder in "as is" condition when received at Ninja Paintball facility. Ninja Paintball is not responsible for damage claims related to shipping to and from our facility. All claims must be filed by the customer with the carrier.
IV. Ninja Paintball will test all cylinders per DOT CFR 49 and CGA requirements Cylinders that fail DOT CFR 49 test requirements will be condemned in accordance with DOT CFR 49 and CGA requirements. The condemned cylinder and valve / regulator will be returned to the customer. Valve / regulator will not be installed on condemned cylinders.
V. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED ON CONDEMNED CYLINDERS.
VI. Ninja Paintball will reinstall the regulator using a red thread locker.

NOTE: THE THREAD LOCKER IS NOT A PERMANENT SEALANT AND IS USED PRIMARILY TO HELP REDUCE THE REMOVAL OF THE REGULATOR FROM THE BOTTLE WITHOUT THE USE OF TOOLS. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF A THREAD LOCKER.
VII. Customer may elect NOT to have Ninja Paintball install the regulator. Ninja Paintball recommends that the customer have a qualified air smith install the valve / regulator to the cylinder. Ninja Paintball is not responsible for valve / regulator installation not performed by Ninja Paintball. Ninja Paintball is not responsible for the safe use of the valve / regulator and cylinder once they leave the Ninja Paintball location.
- NOTE: NINJA PAINTBALL WILL NOT INSTALL A REGULATOR WHICH WE DETERMINE IS UNSAFE. ONE OF OUR OEM FACTORY CERTIFIED AIR SMITHS WILL CONTACT YOU WITH INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR VALVE / REGULATOR.
VIII. Cylinders returned to Ninja Paintball for non delivery will be held by Ninja Paintball until customer pays for return shipping charges. Ninja Paintball is not responsible for cylinders not claimed and paid for within 30 days. |
