All items are shipping via UPS method choosen during checkout. Most items should arrive between 5 to 9 days.

We realize that in some rare instances, you may need some assistance with a return. The following information will assist you process your return:

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call our toll free number and speak with a customer service representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Unopened Merchandise
You (the customer) may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for both the original outbound shipping charges as well as return shipping charges.

Opened Merchandise
"Opened" products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery*, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. You will be responsible for both the original outbound shipping charges as well as return shipping charges. Opened returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging.

1. Prices are exclusive of all taxes with the exception to Illinois customers, including state, local, use, sales, property and similar taxes. Prices do not include shipping, handling or transportation costs.

2. Acceptance of the Products. Buyer shall have accepted the Products upon the time order placement is complete.

3. Delivery. Products will be shipped via local ground carrier and shipping costs will be pre-paid by the Buyer . Prices include packages for standard ground domestic shipments. Products shipped F.O.B. origin freight, at the Company’s Illinois location. Buyer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage.

4. No order may be cancelled, returned or modified without the written consent of NinjaPaintball.com. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in performance hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or due to any cause beyond its control, including, but not limited to, any acts of God, acts of government, acts of terror, war, labor disputes, supply, materials or energy shortages or delays.

5. WARRANTY:

NINJAPAINTBALL.COM ® products are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers materials and workmanship. The warranty excludes wear items including regulator bonnet and bottle threads, fill nipples, o-rings, springs, burst disc and customer abuse. All warranty claims and returns must be approved by contacting customer service for a RGA (Return Goods Number) at 877-NINJAUSA. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims and returns. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! Freight is the customer’s responsibility. Warranty and Returns may be refused at the sole discretion of NinjaPaintball.com. and the products returned to the buyer. NO warranty and returns will be accepted without a RGA number. Warranty and returns missing a RGA will be refused and returned to sender.
