Ninja Paintball Warranty Information:
Ninja Paintball products are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers materials and workmanship. The warranty excludes wear items including regulator bonnet and bottle threads, fill nipples, o-rings, springs, burst disk and customer abuse. All warranty claims and returns must be approved by contacting Ninja Paintball for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) at 815 - 477 - 0007.
Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims and returns. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. Freight is the customer's responsibility. Warranty and Returns may be refused at the sole discretion of Ninja Paintball and the products returned to the buyer. NO warranty and returns will be accepted without an RA Number. Warranty and returns missing an RA Number will be refused and returned to the sender. NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Ninja Paintball Bottle Warranty Information:
If you would like to send in a bottle for a cracked tank gel coating warranty, please click the link below. Please make sure to read the text and fill out the form if you have a Ninja cylinder where the gel coating has cracked and you would like to process a return. Although Ninja is not the manufacturer of the cylinder, Ninja apologizes for this inconvenience and Ninja will repair your bottle at no cost to you. The warranty is for 5 years from the date on the bottle. If you send in an out of date bottle or a physical damaged bottle the cost to recoat is $75.00. If you send in an out of date bottle you will be responsible for the freight in and freight back to you.
**Please note that when you send your tank in for the bottle warranty program the tank is sent directly to our bottle manufacturer and does not come to Ninja directly. Any tanks sent in through this program will not have their regs looked at for repair, regulator repairs should contact our technical support department.**
